The new endpoint delivers projected after-repair value, renovation cost, and ROI in one call, replacing manual ARV estimates.
WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, August 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Homesage.ai today announced the release of its After-Repair Value (ARV) API, a new endpoint within the company’s Real Estate APIs product line that gives real estate investors, lenders, and IT developers a projected post-renovation property value for any residential address in the United States.
After-Repair Value is the estimated market value of a property once planned renovation work is complete. It determines how much an investor can pay for a distressed property and how much a lender is willing to advance against it. In most workflows today, ARV is produced by hand from a small set of comparable sales, which introduces delays and inconsistency across a portfolio.
“After-Repair Value sits at the center of nearly every fix-and-flip and renovation loan decision, yet it has remained one of the least standardized numbers in the industry,” said Blaze Dimov, CEO and Founder of Homesage.ai. “Delivering it through an API means an investor or a lender can underwrite a property in seconds instead of hours and apply the same method to every property in a pipeline.”
The ARV API is delivered through the company’s renovation return endpoint and returns four values in a single call:
Pre-renovation valuation — the property’s current estimated market value.
Projected After-Repair Value — the estimated value once a standard renovation is complete.
Renovation cost estimate — the projected cost of that work.
Net return and ROI percent — the projected gain, expressed in dollars and as a percentage.
The projected ARV is calculated from renovated comparable sales in the same micro-market, adjusted for property size, the difference in condition between the subject property and each comparable, and other property attributes.
The endpoint draws on the Homesage.ai property database, which covers 155M+ residential properties across the United States, and on the company’s computer vision models for property condition assessment. Because the API accepts a street address as its only required input, it can be integrated into loan origination systems, investor dashboards, and deal-sourcing tools without a separate data preparation step.
Lenders in the residential transition loan market have expanded their volume in recent years, and bank, hard money and private lenders face growing pressure to document how collateral values are derived. A programmatic ARV supports that requirement by applying an identical method and comparable-selection logic to every property reviewed.
The ARV API is available now to all Real Estate APIs customers. Documentation, pricing, and access details are published on the Homesage.ai website.
