U.S.-headquartered fintech company Anytap has launched a Visa debit card that can be loaded with stablecoins like USDT, requiring no bank account. Targeting Asia’s crypto payments market, Anytap is prioritizing rollout in South Korea, Japan, and Indonesia, with plans to expand to Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. The cards allow users to spend loaded digital assets in local currencies at Visa-accepting merchants, offering both physical and virtual options, fund transfers to external wallets, and upcoming integration with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, Anytap plans to introduce its business-facing white-label payment solution, Anytap Pay, within three months.
Card applications available online with identity verification, no bank account required — Anytap partners with regulated financial institutions and card-issuing partners

U.S.-headquartered fintech company Anytap has officially launched a Visa debit card that can be loaded with stablecoins, marking its entry into Asia’s crypto payments market.
Anytap announced on August 1 that it has officially launched physical and virtual Visa cards that can be loaded with stablecoins such as Tether (USDT) for everyday card payments.
Users who meet the eligibility and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements of a supported country can apply for a card online without opening a bank account. Digital assets loaded onto the card can be used to pay in local currency at merchants that accept Visa.
Anytap operates on an asset-light business model, partnering with financial institutions and card issuing and payment partners that meet regulatory requirements in each region.
An Anytap representative said, “Using digital assets in everyday life used to require several steps, such as withdrawing from an exchange or transferring funds through a bank. Anytap has focused on simplifying that process so stablecoins can be used directly for everyday card payments.”
Prioritizing South Korea, Japan and Indonesia
Anytap has selected South Korea, Japan and Indonesia as its first-phase markets for Asia expansion, with plans to extend its card distribution network to Malaysia and the Philippines afterward. Singapore will serve as one of the company’s key financial hubs for its broader Asia expansion.
Following its card service, Anytap is also pursuing a cross-border payment solution for businesses. Within roughly three months of launch, the company plans to introduce a beta of its business-facing white-label payment solution, Anytap Pay, targeting gaming companies, fintechs, exchanges and e-commerce businesses, and later expand further into business-to-business payments and cross-border payment infrastructure.
USDT-Based Top-Ups and Card Payments
Anytap cardholders can load supported stablecoins onto their card and spend at merchants that accept Visa. The current cross-border transaction fee is 1% of the transaction amount plus $0.30 per transaction, and the minimum top-up amount is 30 USDT. ATM cash withdrawals carry a fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum of $1.
Anytap offers both physical and virtual cards, all issued on the Visa network, and users can obtain up to three cards per person. Balances can be transferred between a user’s own cards, and the card also supports withdrawing loaded funds to an external wallet, adding flexibility in how funds are managed. Support for major mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay will also be rolled out progressively depending on card type and local market conditions.
