The latest release features new GRC Agents, foundational AI enhancements, and continued industry recognition
CHICAGO, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — LogicGate, the Leading AI GRC Platform for the Enterprise, today announced its Summer 2026 Release, continuing its focus on transformative agentic capabilities. The company’s strategic investments in AI and core enterprise GRC capabilities were pivotal in driving accelerated growth and receiving industry and customer validation for product innovation.
“With our latest release, we’re helping risk teams around the world take practical steps into the Agentic Era with our new GRC Agents,” said Jon Siegler, LogicGate’s Chief Product & Technology Officer. “GRC Agents free teams from the day-to-day grind so they can focus on what actually matters, which is becoming trusted strategic partners who help the business make better decisions in real time.“
LogicGate’s 2026 Summer Release highlights include:
GRC Agents Broadly Available
Introduced in the 2026 Spring Release, LogicGate’s GRC Agents are now generally available to support critical use cases, including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), AI Governance, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). These Agents are transforming how GRC workflows are managed and scaled, shifting practitioner focus from time-consuming, manual administration to a more strategic approach to proactively manage risk.
Already planned for release this fall is a new Insights Agent and new GRC Agents to support Cyber Risk Management, Policy & Procedure Management, and Incident Management.
“Agentic AI is shifting GRC from a reactive obligation into a continuous driver of business value,” said Phil Harris, IDC Research Director for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions. “By handling the routine heavy lifting at machine speed, LogicGate’s GRC agents accelerate time-to-value, helping risk teams resolve compliance issues faster and focus on high-impact strategy.”
Foundational AI Enhancements
LogicGate continues to release AI capabilities that improve day-to-day tasks for risk teams by eliminating manual data entry, automating tedious tasks, and producing actionable data. Previously branded as Spark AI, these AI foundational capabilities are now built into the Risk Cloud platform. LogicGate’s recent AI enhancements include:
- Automated Control Testing: Moving beyond automating evidence collection and eliminating redundant evaluations, the platform uses AI to automatically test evidence, delivering clear evaluations with detailed rationales and immediately alerting teams of critical gaps.
- AI Bulk Record Linking: Customers can now generate recommendations for hundreds of records simultaneously to rapidly map control sets together. Leveraging the same semantic intelligence as existing Record Linking Recommendations, this new capability allows users to bulk-link at machine speed.
- MCP Server Access: Later in September, LogicGate users will be able to easily query Risk Cloud data through natural-language prompts in their LLM of choice, minimizing the need for custom integrations while maintaining secure permission-based access.
GRC Lifecycle Management
Updating risk software can feel like playing Jenga—change one setting, and you risk accidentally breaking a process someone else relies on. With GRC Lifecycle Management, LogicGate customers can now quickly sync their live production instance to their development environment, where they can safely test and build new workflows. This offering will also include Config Newton in a subsequent release.
Platform Enhancements
LogicGate’s industry-recognized Risk Cloud platform continuously evolves alongside today’s dynamic risk landscape. Recent improvements include:
- Upgraded Search: Search capabilities now expand beyond individual records to include applications, reports, and dashboards.
- Expanded Customization: Users now have more options to customize their programs:
- Fully customize the color palette of Visual Reports to better highlight critical metrics and align charts with corporate branding.
- Use the organization’s email domain as the sender on automated emails, increasing trust and engagement across business users.
- Increased Integration Partners: With the addition of SmartSheet, IronClad, Box, and Microsoft Planner, teams can seamlessly automate document management, eliminate redundant task tracking, and execute contracts across systems.
Provision 29 Compliance
Co-developed in partnership with PwC, Risk Cloud’s Provision 29 Compliance application replaces fragmented spreadsheets with a single, connected workflow, equipping UK enterprise risk teams with the audit-ready evidence needed to efficiently demonstrate principal risk and material control management.
LogicGate.ai
LogicGate has officially transitioned its public website to LogicGate.ai. We’ve built the leading AI GRC platform, and with our new agents, logicgate.ai reflects where we’re taking the platform and the category.
Industry Momentum
LogicGate reinforces its category-defining momentum in AI GRC through strategic partnerships, analyst recognition, and investing in in-person industry conferences and localized events.
