In her new role, Nooner will lead the company’s revenue, technology, product development and program delivery teams. She will be responsible for aligning these functions to support Infotech’s growth and continue delivering technology solutions for transportation agencies and industry partners. Nooner will continue to hold her position as chief product officer at Infotech as well.

Nooner has nearly three decades of experience in transportation technology and enterprise software. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with transportation agencies, industry organizations and technology providers across the country. Since joining Infotech in January 2025 as chief product officer, Nooner has helped guide the company’s product strategy and technology investments while identifying new opportunities to connect infrastructure planning, procurement, construction and project delivery.

As President, Nooner plans to build on those relationships while advancing product innovation and the company’s long-term growth strategy.
