Optimum Energy Partners Launches Scholarship Program With Girl Power USA to Support Women’s Professional Development

Optimum Energy Partners and Girl Power USA have announced a scholarship to help women pursue practical learning and professional-development opportunities. The proposed Optimum Energy Partners Scholarship would support women building new skills and exploring career paths in energy, technology, or related fields.
The scholarship is intended to fund approved professional-development courses in energy, oil and gas, sustainability, artificial intelligence, business, finance, operations, marketing, communications, human resources, and technology. The goal is to give each recipient access to learning that strengthens their long-term professional goals.
Under the proposed pilot, the scholarship would run twice a year, with one recipient selected in each cycle. Girl Power USA and the Community Advisory Panel comprising Caroline May, Alexa May, and Ebby Morris from Optimum will nominate, approve, and track the recipient’s learning progress at the end of each cycle.
“Investing in women’s professional development enables them to shape their futures. Through this scholarship, we aim to make practical learning opportunities accessible and enable them to contribute more meaningfully across various sectors,” says Caroline.
The proposed program would build on Optimum Energy Partners’ existing support for Girl Power USA. It would also create a way to invest in women’s potential beyond a single field of study, connecting financial support to practical learning and the opportunities that follow.
