Over the course of his career, he has led more than 100 comprehensive Clery Act compliance assessments, campus safety reviews, and regulatory consulting engagements for colleges and universities across the United States. He is widely respected for helping institutions translate complex federal requirements into practical, sustainable programs that strengthen compliance while advancing broader campus safety objectives.

Prior to joining CriticalArc, Kyle served as Director of Regulatory Compliance for Healy+, a division of Cozen O’Connor, where he led complex consulting engagements involving the Clery Act, Title IX, Title VI, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA), and broader institutional risk and compliance initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles within higher education administration, providing firsthand operational experience that continues to inform his collaborative consulting approach.
