LAS PALMAS DE GRAN CANARIA, LAS PALMAS, SPAIN, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — goBOFU today replaced its questionnaire-based AI Visibility Gap Scorecard with the AI Presence Site Check, a public tool that inspects website evidence instead of producing a readiness score.
The check starts with a URL. It follows a capped set of same-site links and checks up to five HTML pages of 512 KB each. It also fetches robots.txt and llms.txt when available, searches the public web for third-party lists and profiles and tries one answer-engine reply. If that answer engine is unavailable, the tool shows a sample synthesized from up to five web-search results.
Rather than compressing those checks into one number, the AI Presence Site Check shows the agent’s route, the evidence it found and evaluator notes. The output separates owned-site checks from off-site evidence and marks blocked pages, skipped pages and possible name collisions.

The limits are explicit: The check reads returned HTML but does not run JavaScript, like many basic site crawlers. A missing page, profile or answer means the capped run did not find it. It does not prove that the evidence does not exist.
goBOFU’s previous AI Visibility Gap Scorecard asked six yes-or-no questions and returned a score out of 100. The AI Presence Site Check now gathers public evidence directly, shows the path used to collect it and keeps the result as one inspectable sample.
The tool is intended for bootstrapped B2B SaaS founders and marketing teams that want a quick look at whether public product facts, pricing, customer proof, buyer-facing pages, third-party lists and profiles can be found from a limited public-site walk.
