Guaca Go Opens in Royal Palm Beach – Fresh-Mex Dining

Tequesta franchise owners Fab Nunez and Jessie Sequeira open their second restaurant, bringing the Florida Fresh-Mex brand to the western county communities

The Royal Palm Beach restaurant is locally owned and operated by Fab Nunez and Jessie Sequeira, the same franchise owners behind Guaca Go Tequesta, which opened to strong community turnout earlier this year. The new location marks the pair’s second Guaca Go restaurant and the brand’s fourth in Palm Beach County — a growth step that takes the brand west, into Royal Palm Beach, Wellington and the surrounding communities.

Located at 10101 Southern Boulevard, Unit 190, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, the restaurant is open daily from 11am to 8pm and serves the full Guaca Go Florida Fresh-Mex menu: chef-driven bowls, burritos, salads and Build-Your-Own options made with clean, gluten-free, vegan-friendly and seed-oil-free ingredients — all built around the brand’s signature guacamole, mashed fresh to order in front of guests.

Guaca Go will celebrate its grand opening with a week of community-focused promotions:

-Grand Opening Day – National Guacamole Day, Wednesday, Sept 16: $5 bowls from 12 to 3 p.m. Ribbon cutting ceremony occurs at noon.

-Giveback Day – Thursday, Sept 17: $1 from every bowl, burrito or salad donated to Roots and Wings, a local nonprofit that provides free literacy instruction to over 1,600 students in 24 Title I elementary schools throughout Palm Beach County.

-Community Appreciation Day – Friday, Sept 18: First responders, nurses, teachers and students receive 50% off in-store all day.

Guaca Go was founded by married entrepreneurs Carson and Amber Bennett, who launched the brand as a roadside guacamole stand in the Florida Keys before growing it into a Palm Beach County favorite with restaurants in West Palm Beach, Delray Beach and Tequesta.
