Seven years after opening her first location, Beesing owns every ANY LAB TEST NOW territory in Jacksonville

ATLANTA, GA, UNITED STATES, September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ANY LAB TEST NOW^®, the nation’s largest direct-access laboratory testing franchise, proudly announces that Randi Beesing, owner and operator of the brand’s Jacksonville, Florida, locations, has been named a 2026 Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association (IFA). Beesing was honored on September 15 at the IFA26 Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C. She is one of 89 franchise owners nationwide to receive the IFA’s highest honor for individual franchisees.

The award recognizes franchise owners for excellence in entrepreneurship, community involvement, workforce development and support for fellow franchisees. ANY LAB TEST NOW nominated Beesing, and she is the brand’s only honoree this year.

“Going into business for myself was a bit of a risk, and I’d like to say it paid off,” said Beesing. “People looking at this franchise always ask me whether I would do it again. My answer is all day, every day. I love this brand and the solution it brings to our customers. At the end of the day, we’re helping people who are trying to take care of their health, and not a lot of business owners get to say that.”

Beesing and her husband, Lloyd, opened their first ANY LAB TEST NOW location in February 2019. Eight months later, they acquired a Jacksonville location that had been open for about a decade. They reopened it in early 2020, and six weeks later COVID-19 arrived. The Beesings quickly began offering testing for residents who needed results to travel, return to work or go on mission trips. They opened a third location in December 2021 and now own every ANY LAB TEST NOW territory in the Jacksonville market, which is rare for a major metro area.

Beesing credits much of that growth to a long-tenured team. Most of her staff members have been with the company for four years or more. The Beesings use bonus plans to reward employees who take on new responsibilities, from marketing projects to customer reviews. “We’ve always tried to be good stewards of the brand,” Beesing added. “As long as the brand is strong and keeps growing, that creates better opportunities for all of us.”

Beesing is also active in the Northeast Florida business community. The JAX Chamber Health Council named her its 2025 Small Business Leader of the Year, and she is a member of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce and the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Beesing is the latest ANY LAB TEST NOW owner to receive the IFA’s Franchisee of the Year honor, and marks the fifth consecutive honoree.
